Our client is a CFO for a national building materials company in the manufacturing space founded in 1991, with over 350 employees and 13 locations across 9 states. They sought candidates for management, information technology, sales, finance, and executive-level positions nationwide.
Our main goal is to take the search and hire burden off our clients, so they can maintain their responsibilities without the stress of wearing a “recruiter hat.” By the time our client came to us for support, they were experiencing the following challenges, or what we consider to be “pain points” through their own traditional recruitment and advertising methods.

Our process.
Our process starts by assigning a dedicated account manager to our clients to learn about their needs. In this case, our VP of Sales, Dean Anderson, became the point of contact since he had met this client personally and booked a conference call on the spot. From there on, Dean met with our client regularly and checked in periodically to ensure our client’s needs were consistently being met and understood.
With 30 years of staffing expertise, our team works 10x more efficiently than traditional in-house recruitment methods. Our recruiting team works their magic—leveraging our network of over 4 million active and passive candidates and exclusive job-site access across several platforms—including our job board. Each recruiter has a unique expertise whether working on IT, finance, or engineering roles. This ensures the right recruiter will understand what it takes to find the right candidates to match with our clients.
Once solid candidates are found, we assess them. We do this through:
- Interviews
- Phone screenings
- Technical tests
- Reference checks
- Background scans
Finally, once we narrow out the best option, we help with the onboarding. Due to our client’s organizational structure across multiple locations and leadership, onboarding looked different for each placement. The only challenge was scheduling. Despite all the recruitment efforts and unique complexities that came with this client, onboarding went smoothly and on schedule.
