We are looking for a NetSuite Administrator responsible for the overall operation of NetSuite. The NetSuite Administrator will not only guide on best practices business users on how to use NetSuite more efficiently and effectively but will be hands-on in optimizing our NetSuite backend, integrations, automation, processes, documentation, and all things NetSuite related. NetSuite is at the heart of revenue reporting, order management, supply chain operations, and more. The NetSuite Administrator is a critical member of the Infrastructure team, allowing us to pivot quickly to business needs.

The software landscape is vast. Beyond NetSuite, we employ several integration tools, such as Make and NetSuite Connector (FarApp), EDI solutions, Vertical Service Providers (VSPs), including Shopify, and business partners with their software applications. The NetSuite Administrator may work directly on these applications to ensure proper integration into NetSuite. The NetSuite Administrator will act as the front-line for NetSuite-identified issues and a partner on the problem-solving team for issues identified in the software landscape that impact NetSuite.
The ideal NetSuite Administrator will have extensive experience in NetSuite and desire to use that experience to revolutionize the NetSuite environment through education, implementation, and documentation.

The NetSuite Admin will report to the Network Solution Architect within the Infrastructure Tech Team.

Essential Functions
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and related finance systems/technologies and reporting
  • Dynamic understanding of business processes in finance and supply chain s domain, including but not limited to accounting (AP/AR/Payroll, etc.), finance (planning/budgeting/reporting), distribution and logistics.
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and adjust to business needs.
  • Oversee and produce workflows, Suite Script deployments, bundles, Suite analytics, and other custom NetSuite features.
  • Design and revise our configuration of NetSuite as needed to meet the needs of the business, including the creation of fields, workflow rules, custom reports, dashboards, KPIs, etc.
  • RKPI can follow any new NetSuite functionality's change management and release process.
  • Use JIRA to support end-user requests for new saved searches, reports, and KPIs and maintain proper system access for user roles.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (i.e., executive team, management, and sales team) to gather and document operational and functional requirements and translate requirements into operational solutions.
  • Resolve system issues and administer user accounts and permissions.
  • Knows how to read and write NetSuite scripts and workflows.
  • Knows how to create Suite Analytics
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing in the sandbox.
  • Act as an SME and train end users on the functionality of ERP capabilities.
  • Plan, Perform, and Implement automation and process improvements.
  • Develop, configure, test, and troubleshoot new integrations.
  • Coordinate 'NetSuite upgrades and application releases.
  • Help implement new NetSuite modules, such as Budget and Planning, Data Warehouse, and MRP.
  • Ability to work with NetSuite ASC and IT technical teams to execute projects.
  • Support Netsuite integration with chosen CRM.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of NetSuite experience either as a power user, administrator, or developer
  • Bachelor's in accounting, finance, information systems, or computer science
  • Proven experience creating/modifying saved searches, reports, scripts, and workflows in NetSuite.
  • Understanding common industry standard business practices in Accounting, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Project Management.
  • Possesses strong technical skills and can assist with NetSuite custom scripts.
  • Skilled in data analytics and running NetSuite's saved searches.
  • Prior experience with a software lifecycle management system like JIRA, Rally, and DevOps.
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines.
  • Initiative-taker with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
  • Proven performance working in a collaborative team environment and ability to work independently.
  • Experience with NetSuite integration tools, including Make or NetSuite Connector, similar product lines, e-commerce applications, including Shopify, and CRM applications, such as Salesforce.
