Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
7+ years automotive industry related experience.
Experience in electronics technology (ex: sensors, connectors, wiring/cabling, printed circuit boards,
modules, semiconductors)
Experience with Automotive Quality systems and requirements
Experience with dispense equipment suppliers

Responsibilities:
Industry expertise and involvement in trade associations, develops new to the world data/white papers to promote Henkel expertise externally
Regularly influences and contributes to strategy and tactical planning and supports proliferation of break-through technologies
Performs troubleshooting of applications at customer locations
Meets with key global customers at their facilities to translate/identify new opportunities
Establishes and leverages external networks and partnerships (research/suppliers/OEM/boards/industry)
Develops and manages key innovation/application development programs. Understands latest technologies and impacts to SBU and customers
Conduct competitive benchmarking studies to assess ability to win and innovation opportunities
Proactively contributes, impacts and shares best practice at the team, technology, application and product line levels across SBU
Leads customer visits, demonstrations, recommendations, trainings and problem solving for strategic initiatives, break-through technologies.
Completes laboratory and testing for internal and external customers. Quantifies, documents and reports Henkel solution's value to customers
Responsible for the technical training of field sales, customers, and for TCS talent development
Performs / supports completion of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plan on all product related performance complaints
Runs and upkeeps laboratory equipment, leads/supports ongoing standardization, harmonization and administration of laboratory test methods
Supports internal and external technical requests and projects
Responsible for directly communicating with the field Sales/TCS teams, KAMs or project team
Trains Sales/Marketing, customers, and other TCS personnel on products, dispense equipment
