Overview:
The EDI Integration Administrator position performs the planning and deployment coordination working with the company's EDI trading partners. This role works with an organization's electronic data interchange (EDI) programs, ensuring communications run smoothly. These duties include monitoring incoming and outgoing data or documents, testing and auditing the system for issues, and implementing improvements. This is a critical role for the company and is the first point of contact, reaching out to all parties who share data on the interchange to resolve issues in a timely manner ensuring smooth communications and operations.

These duties include monitoring incoming and outgoing data or documents, testing and auditing the system for issues, and implementing improvements. Essential Functions:
- Closely collaborate within the sales team and IT team to prioritize, develop, manage, and onboard EDI capabilities all electronic trading partners. Understand how upcoming projects and database changes will impact current and future initiatives and recommend best course accordingly.
- Triage and communicate with business leaders to ensure proper planning and expectations are aligned. Communicate progress, roadblocks and outstanding items needed for resolution and drive project completion.
- Drive, implement, document, and troubleshoot EDI and trading partner integration setup and mapping development projects.
- Provide deployment expertise for all aspects of EDI technology stack in support of communications, data transformation, and integrations.
- Oversee project testing and implementation; provide support when necessary.
- Provide post-production support internally and externally to ensure implementations are successful.
- Ensure that project goals are met within given time and budget constraints.
- Continuously challenge SLAs to grow the brand of EDI as a 'full-service' technical group.
- Develop strong, detailed technical knowledge of internal systems and processes to best support EDI team initiatives.
- Minimum of 1 year demonstrated EDI experience in a logistics environment, including EDI X.12 standards.
- 3+ years experience in process management, project management, or deployment.
- Experience with multiple industry-standard EDI tools.
- Demonstrated ability to take on an increasing level of responsibility and be seen as a leader amongst peers.
- Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work independently or collaboratively.
