Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and federal requirements.
- Manage and supervise on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met and work is performed to high standards.
- Coordinate daily construction activities, including scheduling, material delivery, and equipment use, to optimize productivity and minimize delays.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, safety standards, and company policies, conducting regular inspections and enforcing safety protocols.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with project managers, clients, EOR and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and changes.
- Review and approve work completed by subcontractors and vendors, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, AHAs and safety records.
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts on-site, implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
- Ensure that all project deliverables are completed within budget and in accordance with contractual agreements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of [5] years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar leadership role on federal construction projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing federal construction projects, with a deep understanding of federal regulations, requirements, and compliance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues proactively.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Travel will be a requirement to facilitate project demands.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with a variety of federal project types (e.g., military, government buildings, infrastructure).
- Certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA, PMP) is a plus.
