As the Vendor Compliance Manager, you'll ensure operations align with the requirements of our external customers.

- Vendor Guide Analysis: Reviewing vendor guides, advising relevant teams on customer requirements, and developing new processes and technical solutions as needed.
- Process Development: Creating, maintaining, and documenting fulfillment requirements for customers, working closely with warehouse, operations, sales, and EDI tech teams.
- Account Onboarding: Leading and supporting the successful onboarding of new wholesale accounts, including determining requirements, collaborating with sales, and ensuring compliance.
- Service Modifications: Assessing, analyzing, and coordinating the implementation of service modifications for current accounts while conducting audits to ensure continued compliance.
- EDI Management: Working with the EDI Tech team to ensure all required documents are set up and transmitted according to customer guidelines.
- Vendor Relationships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with third-party vendors to meet compliance requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Participating in global conversations around sustainability and operational process changes, representing the regional North American and Latin American perspectives.
- Chargeback Management: Managing the vendor compliance violation process, researching and disputing chargebacks, and reporting key findings to management.
- You have experience with major retail compliance requirements, routing guides, and vendor violation processes
- You have a basic understanding of EDI transactions
- You demonstrate exceptional solution-delivery skills, attention to detail, and ability to influence and collaborate
- You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- You successfully organize and prioritize your workload to meet deadlines
- You demonstrate effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- You have a basic knowledge of logistics and transportation
- At least two years' experience with vendor compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP and WMS systems
- Past Dealer Services or Account Services experience
