We are seeking a Senior EDI Analyst to lead the design and management of EDI systems, ensuring seamless data exchange with our trading partners.

Responsibilities:

Manage all EDI operations, including transaction set development, testing, and implementation with trading partners.
Serve as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and trading partners to ensure smooth communication and resolution of EDI-related issues.
Monitor and maintain EDI systems, troubleshoot operational challenges, and resolve communication issues with VANs and other systems.
Lead project management efforts for EDI implementations, from planning and scheduling to execution and stakeholder updates.
Stay updated on EDI standards, ensure compliance, and support strategic initiatives to improve electronic commerce solutions.
Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to enhance EDI functionality, provide user support, and contribute to ongoing cost-saving measures.

Experience:

5+ years of EDI experience
Proficiency in EDI standards and transaction sets
Experience in Sterling B2B Integrator (B2Bi) for mapping, development, and support
Experience with EDI communication methods, including VANs, FTP, AS2, and certificate management.
Strong understanding of EDI, programming concepts, and operations software.
Excellent communication skills
