Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented ISO Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of driving growth in ISO (Independent Sales Organization) partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and lead initiatives that enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive ISO partnerships and increase market share.
● Lead Sales Initiatives: Identify potential ISO partners and develop targeted outreach strategies to engage them effectively.
● Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective ISO partners to foster long-term collaboration and mutual growth.
● Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
● Training and Support: Provide training and support to ISO partners on our products and services, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge necessary for success.
● Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and tactics.
● Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align efforts and optimize sales processes.
● Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for growth.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on ISO partnerships in the retail or technology sectors.
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
● Strong understanding of the retail technology landscape and ISO business models.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
● Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
