Project Manager
  • Experience in bidding, strategizing, and managing construction projects involving repair, maintenance and strengthening of structures owned by public and private entities.
  • Skilled in utilizing: scheduling, financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis for successful operation of projects.
  • Expert in preplanning projects with field team, create and implement site specific safety documentation and safety procedures with branch safety coordinator / company safety director.
  • Proficient in maintaining client relationships, identify any change of scope and provide change orders.
  • Responsible for preparing reports and engaging field team for weekly - project updates, quality control and quality assurance meetings and monthly safety audits.
  • Organize project specific preplanning with foreman, superintendent, resource manager and office manager for smooth progression of projects within budget.
  • Process and/or account for subcontractor payments for accurate cost forecasting.
  • Strong negotiating skills for change order approvals from clients and price reduction from subcontractors.
  • Strategize and prepare timely payment requisitions for clients, utilize any opportunity to front load requisitions to maintain positive cash flow for the company.
