- Systems Analyst with 3-7 years of experience in related fields.

- Engage:
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure system quality and solution requirements
- Define and drive voice of customer (VOC) routines to continuously collect service feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams and external trading partners to address EDI or API-related queries/issues
- Communicate service and project statuses with business users and global IT teams
- Drive Business and IT reviews to confirm business development priorities and requirements
- Review business requirements review and technical qualifications to ensure technical feasibility, development timelines and costs
- Design & Build:
- Collaborate with product owner(s) and project managers to deliver solutions
- Analyze business requirements, recommend solutions, and build/facilitate solution design & implementation with third-party or internal developers
- Drive the implementation of new enhancements or upgrade of existing systems (EDI systems, PO management system, or ERP customizations)
- Tech Watch to research and recommend enhancements to existing systems and processes to improve efficiency and quality of data
- Operate & Improve: Maintain and improve the day-to-day operations for services (API/EDI, PO management, and ERP), including:
- Managing resolution of incidents and escalation to supplier or internal development teams
- Monitor and maintain service health and availability
- Manage enhancements and change requests as part of delivery routine
- Facilitate, diagnose, and/or resolve major incidents and emergency change
- Maintain and improve on knowledge artefacts (user training, service desk training, business requirement and system documentation, policy and procedures, trading partner guides and process flows)
- Ensure compliance and quality of system performance with business requirements
- You are comfortable communicating with stakeholders across different departments and levels; able to communicate with both technical and non- technical stakeholders
- You can navigate complex environments, understand issues, and break tasks into manageable steps independently.
- You have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to analyze and derive the root cause of issues.
- You are strong in analyzing complex business processes, identifying requirements, understanding data structures, identifying patterns, and proposing appropriate solutions

Work Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience in related fields (EDI / API, B2B Integration, PO Management, and IT ERP systems analysis and operations support roles)
- Knowledge and experience in the following domain:
- Experience in logistics / supply chain industry
- Experience in accounting, finance or brokerage (preferred)
- Proficiency in EDI mapping, translation, and communication software
- EDI standards and protocols (X12, EDIFACT, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of software programming and coding languages (XML, SQL, Java...)
- PO Management Solutions (Lognet, etc)
- ERP (CargoWise preferred, SAP, etc.)
- Automation experience (RPA UI Path preferred, process mining, etc.)
- IT Service Management (ITIL preferred, Agile)
- IT Project Management (PMP, Agile)
$100,000-$120,000 annually based on education and experience level.
