Client is in need of two EDI Analyst or EDI Mapping Specialists for Remote Opportunities. These can be a contract-to-hire opportunities or a direct hire positions.
It is mandatory that the candidate have experience with Trustedlink and can work through the errors and deal with fixing those errors as they come up. There are existing standard operating procedure documents that have been put together for different scenarios.
Their ERP is written in RPG and this is running on the IBM so those skills should be necessary as well.
Two Kinds of Scenarios the candidates will face regularly:
It is mandatory that the candidate have experience with Trustedlink and can work through the errors and deal with fixing those errors as they come up. There are existing standard operating procedure documents that have been put together for different scenarios.

Two Kinds of Scenarios the candidates will face regularly:
- The vast majority of the work will be dealing with day to day support issues, resolving them, and moving on to the next item. Roughly 10 to 15 issues coming in per day. The client is looking for the opportunity to fix things to prevent these issues if possible.
- Mapping work is the second item. From time to time, there will be groups of mapping changes that need to take place or new trading partners are being brought on board. These are typically planned. They may also need to make map changes because of all of the tariff situations currently. Mapping will be less frequent than the mandatory day to day support.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI transaction issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to EDI processes, transaction mapping, and partner setups.
- Manage relationships with EDI trading partners, including setup, testing, and ongoing maintenance of connections.
- Ensure compliance with data security protocols and industry standards for data transfer.
- Train and support team members on EDI processes and best practices.
- Lead the implementation, management, and maintenance of the EDI system, including integration with ERP system and other internal systems.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to analyze requirements, develop mapping specifications, and ensure accurate and timely data exchange.
