Position Overview: As a UX Researcher, you will play a vital role in executing both qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions and help enhance user experiences. We are looking for an experienced researcher who can manage and execute research projects across the product lifecycle while providing valuable insights to drive improvements in our digital products. While this role will focus more on the execution of research, you will still be expected to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that your findings make a meaningful impact on the product and business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research Planning & Execution: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research including ethnographic studies, concept testing, surveys, field work, user interviews, and usability testing. You will be responsible for developing research plans, executing, analyzing data, and synthesizing insights that directly inform product design and development.
- Rapid Insights: Deliver actionable research insights quickly to support product design decisions and ensure user-centered solutions. You will be responsible for tracking how research impacts product outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration & Influence: Led research initiatives in collaboration with a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, engineers, and data analysts to ensure insights effectively informed strategic decision-making. Help translate research findings into clear recommendations that influence both immediate and long-term product decisions.
- Customer Advocate: Ensure that customer needs and feedback are considered in the product development process, advocating for the customer through every stage of the lifecycle.
- Continuous Learning & Process Improvement: Stay current on UX research trends and methodologies, applying new insights to enhance your research approach. Support the evolution of research practices and processes within the team.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience as an in-house UX researcher, working closely with cross-functional teams. Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
- Proficiency in a variety of research methods including usability testing, diary studies, contextual inquiry and surveys; experience with quantitative research (e.g., large-scale surveys, tracking studies) is a bonus.
- Solid understanding of UX research methods and techniques, with the ability to execute projects from start to finish.
- Ability to clearly communicate research insights to diverse audiences, with a focus on actionable recommendations.
- Strong collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to working alongside designers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- A team player who values open communication, continuous improvement, and effective problem-solving.
