5 Must Haves
1. Proficient in laptop and desktop support
2. Enterprise printing is a must
3. Strong knowledge and troubleshooting printing
4. Background in Project work--executing the projects
5. Background in Microsoft MECM/SCCM management tool

Education: Information Systems Degree required
Years of Experience: At least two years of working experience.

Responsible for the planning and engineering of an organization's systems infrastructure. Includes the implementation and design of hardware and software.
  • Monitors the performance of systems.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
