As we move further into Q2, companies continue investing in technology, operations, and infrastructure. This is reflected by comparably stronger hiring activity for IT, engineering, and EDI roles. In this report, we provide insights to help companies stay ahead of hiring challenges and adapt to market shifts while also giving job seekers a clearer picture of where opportunities are growing, which skills are in demand, and how they can position themselves for success.

During April, our clients sought a broader spread of industry activity, a growing appetite for hybrid and remote roles, and a deeper demand for technical skills over generalist roles. If you’re hiring, there could be competition for specialized IT and EDI talent; offering flexibility can help attract more solid candidates. If you’re job seeking, now is the time to highlight your experience with technical tools and position yourself around project-based, cross-functional strengths.
