February showed continued momentum in hiring activity as businesses moved further into the new year with active hiring plans across IT, EDI, and operational support roles.

Recruitment spanned 19 states last month, with NC, NJ, and PA showing the highest concentration of our team’s job activity…
February remote flexibility remained steady from on-site to remote positions and everything in between.
February hiring efforts were led by Retail & Consumer Goods, with Manufacturing & Industrial industry in close second.
The most sought-after skills by our clients continued to be largely technical and specialized, with EDI and SQL being the top two skills month after month. We are also seeing supply chain and integrative experience emerge as client demanded qualifacations.
