A Letter from our CEO on EDI Staffing, an EDI Specialists Company
When I started EDI Specialists in 1994 on the front porch of my home, I had a singular mission of providing top-notch electronic data interchange professionals to our clients. Always having the entrepreneurial spirit, our mission has evolved over the years. We have expanded our service offerings to cover all of IT and have launched additional brands.
Rather than have a different name for each of these offerings, we are excited to announce that EDI Specialists is going to become EDI Staffing effective March 6, 2014. We will be launching a new website on that day as well and encourage you to please visit www.EDIstaffing.com. In the near future, we plan to take our same recruiting methodology and expand into other areas to potentially provide talent to other departments in your company.
In addition to sharing this exciting news with you, I personally want to reassure you that neither the Management Team nor your Account Manager or Recruiter is changing. I am still the sole owner of EDI Staffing and the core values of our company will not be changing.

About Joe Gilbody
After spending nearly twenty years working in various roles within Information Technology, Joe became heavily involved in the management of an emerging technology called Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) with companies such as Rowenta, Inc. and the Stride Rite Corporation. It was through this experience that Joe realized the value of inter company data exchanges, and saw the potential in forming his own company.
In 1994, Joe ran with his vision and started a one-person EDI / E-commerce staffing and consulting company from the front porch of his home. Today, EDI Staffing owns a 20,000 square-foot office building in Raynham, Massachusetts. We have evolved into a full service e-commerce company with offices in three states, and consultants working for clients across the US. EDI Staffing works with more than 30 percent of Fortune 1000 companies, and continues to expand with revenue growth of more than 40 percent in the last three years.
